the hotel is quite expensive for what it offers. the staff was very friendly, but we found the owner to be quite rude and not very helpful.

We asked for room upgrade and it was great. Super view, excellent size, nice bathroom. Breakfast was very good too.

We very much enjoyed our stay at Hotel Genova. The family that run the hotel were very lovely and made sure we had everything we needed. The hotel room was super clean and had a gorgeous sea view which we hadn’t expected - great surprise! The breakfast was nice as well and the larger beach is literally a 1 minute walk away so location is perfect.
Sestri Levante has a beautiful Old Town with lots of nice shops and restaurants and the silent bay is a very special beach with lots of flair. We would definitely stay there again!

Insonorisation is not the best but the hotel is globally quiet so that does not impact your sleep directly

Shower was ultra small. You can hardly move without hitting a wall window or the faucet.
