good location, nice stuff. nice pool, and BBG facilities. near was the sea, shops. till city center 10 min by car. Thanks for an Julian help.
room need a bit of renovation ( in bathroom).

Free parking in front of the complex was very convenient. Wifi works fine. Bed was comfy. Quiet area and also did not hear anyone else in the building. There was daily cleaning (empty trashbin, new towels).
We didn't use the swimmingpool, cause it was rather cold when we were there. But it looked alright.
The room is pretty small. We had to put all our stuff and clothes on the table, so couldn't use it as a table to sit and have a quick breakfast for example. The name "Villa" is a bit ambitious I believe. It looks more like an outdated hotel room. It's fine though for just to stay to sleep, shower. The balcony is relatively big compared to the rest of the room.

Loved the room, the bed was very comfortable and the decor in general very nice. The pool was available at any hour and I could reach it even from my balcony. I loved the whole experience

Villa Julian is really cosy hostel with
nice garden and swimming pool. Room was cleaned up every day. Host was very kind and helpful. It takes only 15 minutes to get to the beach. I'll gonna back and I will recommend this place to my friends :)

little around the property in terms of amenities, croatia old town is an hour walk away but 5 min in a taxi (using Bolt it costs only pennies)

booked 2 single beds but received 1 double bed, second days we don’t have shower towel, no trash can in the room, very unprofessional

Excellent hosts, very helpful. I came soaking wet, given that I was on my motorbike while riding in rain, and the hosts kindly offered a heater to dry my equipment. That allowed me to continue my ride the next day, super friendly hosts!

Room was good, spacious, with comfortable bed, looks clean. Available parking lot outside. We were staying only for the night, so it met our expectations of b&b. Value for money ok if you are booking with genius discount.
Breakfast be improved in terms of quantity and offer (man probably will be hungry after it), and even though we were offerred for more, it s not very natural to really accept it.
Pool is small compared to pictures, so if you are selecting property based on this, you will be disappointed.
Property is located fairly far from Zadar Old town, more than 30 mins walk.

located 30 minutes by foot away from old city center - perfect walk at the waterfront to. Staff was extremely friendly, breakfast was even served in the room - awesome
and they have a very friendly watchdog who quickly accepts you as residents 🦦

The room very spacious with ok equipment. Parking space at the hotel area. Breakfast (consisting of a variety of food) served at a nice terrace. Very kind dog that took care of our car in the night:)
Relatively far from city center (but we knew it before). Small but annoying: there was a mosquito. Maybe a net in the window will solve this problem?

The apartment was very nice, spacious, clean and functional. Living room and bedroom, bathroom with good showercabin and shower working very well. And the terrace/balcony was huge.
A special mentioning to the very nice Lady who looked after us, I think she was called Nadja, so friendly and helpful. And she prepared a wonderful breakfast too.
Can definitely recommend Villa Julian

Nice and generous breakfast, cluse to Borik beach and several good restaurants. Very friendly staff, pool was welcome (not very big, but was enough for our family)
The rooms/bathrooms are a bit dated, especially visible in the showers. WiFi not very powerful everywhere, but we managed.

We really enjoyed to pool outside and sunset + view from the balcony. Also the dog of the house was really nice and friendly (and cute). Young guy that greeted us was really welcoming. The area itself was really nice and quiet. Onsite parking was big plus.

Great place for people who like slowlife. Close to the beach.

We had a separate sitting area with coach, TV and table. The bathroom was very clean.
The bed made a lot of noise when you moved and the satellite TV did t always work.
