Hotel Alphof Alpbach

Great location a short walk from the centre and wonderful aspect. Excellent food (the breakfast choice was incredible). Very friendly staff throughout (even to sadly, non German speakers like ourselves). The front of desk manned by Sandro gave a us a particularly wonderful welcome.

Nothing.

Excellent wellness, comfortable room, friendly staff. Guest card allowed lots of perks Beautiful area

Half pension dinner mediocre, serving staff poorly trained and lacking german/english- but very frirndly. Room with no extra pillows, blankets, tea cooker

Excellent location to explore the area and just a short bus ride to the Cable cars. Rooms are spacious and we had a balcony overlooking the valley which was a plus (photo attached). Johannes and the whole staff are excellent and attentive. Loved the bar area for pre/post dinner drinks. Breakfast and dinner were great quallity and choice. Spa with swimming pool and sauna was a lovely addition to relax after a long walk or if rainy outside. Upon check out, they give you a marmelade to bring home, which is a nice touch and Would definitely be staying here again if in the area.

Not negative comments but rather suggestions - I think whilst soap was provivided, a separate shampoo and conditioner would be nice, instead of a "all in one" product for hands, body and shampoo. It would also be good to have teas/coffee machine and a mini fridge in the room, as well as some slippers for the Spa in case you don't have them, to go with the gown provided.

Friendliness of staff, location and food.

Being charged for tap water in the restaurant.
