We are very satisfied with the service. Andreas did a fantastic job and handled everything professionally and efficiently. He was reliable, helpful, and paid great attention to detail. We highly recommend Andreas for his excellent work, and we also highly recommend the hotel. We had a wonderful experience!

Fantastic housekeeping staff - very clean rooms. Bedding immaculate and comfortable Greco Strom bed. Breakfast buffet with good assortment of hot and cold items, from savory to sweet. Always freshly prepared and presented with care.
We've been staying at this hotel whenever we are in town for the past 8+ years and noticed the hotel rooms are really in need of a refresh - wear and tear on the walls, floors, heavily scratched and dented furniture, broken shower drain grate etc..

We used this hotel as we had arrived from Italy by ferry, and it is close to the ferry port. We were going the next day on another ferry to Kefelonia, so it perfectly met our needs. The staff were excellent, the room was very good and the breakfast was superb
