located right on the beach

We had a standard room, not on the street side and it was really quiet. The beach there is quite nice even if not really good for snorkeling.The breakfast was good.
The view from our room was really not great, not that we expected and ocean view but...

The check-in was a good experience, Ele was very friendly and helpful with our requests, made us feel welcome. Every morning we were greeted with a huge smile by Ele, Mama and all the workers. The breakfast was simple but very good with choice of eggs, bacon or sausages, fruits, cereal, yogurt, toasts & juice. The highlight of the breakfast was being greeted by Debra who was friendly and full of information to visit the island.
The location was excellent, beautiful beach, restaurant served delicious meals, the rooms were outdated but clean. Room 204 had a beautiful view.
The internet was very poor and hard to access..we ended up having to hotspot through our phones.

The location was fantastic right next to the beach and the staff were friendly and helpful.
The rooms themselves are basic and a bit outdated. We had trouble paying as the card machine wasn’t working and we didn’t have enough cash to pay as we were saving the cash for the rest of the trip. This was sorted eventually though. Lots of dogs around (which I personally didn’t like!)

Excellent owner, so helpful with everything including organizing a trip to the medical centre to check my wife's ear, will definitely be returning next year

Staff were pleasant and owner had good English skills and was very helpful. Room was clean. Location to beach was excellent and the adjoining restaurant and bar, 'Koala Bar' had fantastic food and staff.
Requested a double bed and received 2 single beds put together with join down middle. Hotel was very quiet so bed could have been accommodated. Balcony door didn't lock. Hotel and room was tired looking and outdated and was nothing like the photos on booking.com. At night the hotel lights were switched off and we had to flounder up stairs to find room.
