The hotel was located right on the middle of the old town. It was the nearest hotel to the old historic bridge in Heidelberg. A member of staff helped us through the automated check in process. Next time we will check in on line.
The hotel was not easy to find due to a lack of signage. Pity we did not know that the hotel is only 30m from the end of the old history bridge.

The best location. Coffee shop at entrance. Nice place to drink coffee and watch tourist.
Self check in. The wifi was not working right at check in. But after calling the number the lady talked me through it.

Comfortable room near the Alte Bruecke! Easy walk to the Altstadt,
Hard to find and drive to in Altstadt. Staff was confused when I arrived because their system was down and could not find my reservations, Had to check in at the coffee shop. Parking is five or six blocks away in a city Parkhaus. Stairs - no elevator. Very tiny bath, but functional! Never saw hotel staff- all business was completed with the baristas in the coffee shop.

Location was perfect!
The entrance to the property is really bad! Makes you feel like you are staying in someone’s backyard. Compared to the hotels in the area, very dissapointing!
