Staff were very helpful, gave us everything we asked for that was lacking in the room. They were very nice and kind.
Unfortunately the room itself was lacking many things to begin with, like hangers in the bathroom or in the wardrobe, fridge, clean towels, enough trash cans, which they can improve on. And the hotel itself was not clean, there were dirty towels kept on the floor, the roof where food is served was very dusty, elevator has a smell.
