The location is SUPERB! Walking distance from almost everything.
The room was very clean and most importantly quite (despite being very close to restaurants with loud music).
The staff was kind.
The breakfast at the nearby coffee place was nice to start the day.
We had to use a key to open the door since the code system did not work. Not a big deal yet still less friendly.

Location and breakfast at the cafe next door
Nothing negative too say

Fantastic location. A bit of bazouki noise until 12 pm but after all good. Perfect for a short stay before a cruise.
Everything was good.

Athena at the front desk was truly amazing. Organising cabs and helping with planning. She is a gem and asset to the business. Well done to her for her commitment to customer service.
The property was difficult to get a cab to as cab drivers don’t like the location due to the amount of traffic in the area.
The tap In the kitchen was loose and needed fixing.
It is noisy from street noise. Which is vibrant but can be disturbing. The sky lights in ceiling have no blinds therefore the light wakes you early.
