PRIVATE VILLA IN THE HEART OF CHIANTI with pools and stunning views
The Villa is surrounded by vineyards and olive trees: We are in the heart of historical Chianti but in a strategic position to reach Siena , Florence and San Gimignano.
Ideal for family meetings, small ceremonies, pizza party in the wood oven or relax in the spacious swimming pool with beautiful views.
From 15 June to 15 September you can use a stone swimming pool with hydromassage jets heated at 32/34° for a pleasant relaxation, even at night!
Always for the exclusive use of the guests a suggestive Spa inside a panoramic loggia, directly connected to the house.
The property consists of an entire house (two floors). The ground floor is the biggest and its common areas are ideal to host all the guests in the house, it has a large table inside, in front of a fireplace where everyone fits and another large table outside on the terrace with a barbecue (capacity: 12). In this floor there are three bedrooms, two bathrooms and direct access to the spa area. The rent includes 2 days use of the Spa per week.
Upstairs (attic) there are three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a spacious panoramic terrace with barbecue, suitable for small ceremonies.
Both floors have their own full-equipped kitchen and a washing machine.
in the cottage, completely separated from the main house lives the owner Camilla, qualified tourist guide of Tuscany, who will be available to guarantee you access to the Spa and if you want to enjoy the maximum relaxation will organize for you private dinners in villa or guided tours to discover Siena or San Gimignano.

Camilla is truly a Superhost!! She helped us with everything, wine tours, town tours, restaurant recommendations, etc. The villa was perfect! A mixture of an authentic Italian county home and the conveniences we all need. Air conditioning, dishwasher etc. Exactly what we wanted and was listed. We stayed for a month and our family and friends day tripped to nearby medieval towns, Siena, Florence, San Giacomo(?) and many wineries. The villa was very spacious and comfortable and we enjoyed family meals on the terraces, with those incredible views. The pool, hot tub etc were wonderful and it was a perfect vacation. We were sorry to leave and would do it again!

Camilla’s villa provided the perfect introduction to Tuscany for our children and grandchildren. The views are spectacular, the pools are relaxing, and day trips to nearby cities are easy to arrange. Camilla’s tour in Siena is not to be missed, nor are her amazing dinners. She responded to every request quickly, and made recommendations and reservations for our group of fifteen. We will miss her charm and humor. Highly recommend!

Staying at Camilla's place was a highlight of our three-week trip to Italy for our family of four. The apartment was very large, with everything we needed. We loved spending time on the huge terrace, with amazing views of the hillside. The pool and hot tub were amazing. Our hosts, Camilla and Alberto, were amazing. It's very private and off the main road but it was very easy to go into Siena and elsewhere in the area. Highly recommend.
