Location good. Wrong on map.

The hotel was close to the town, it was all I needed for a night stop over. My plane had been late arriving but within minutes of me telephoning the owner was there
My room was in the basement, which was not a problem, but there was no control for the air conditioning. As I had been late arriving I did not want to bother the owner again once I had realised.

The location was excellent, could not be better. You are so close to great places to eat, the old town, 2 tiny supermarkets, it is walkable from the airport, close to buses and boats. If you stay here, you will have no logistical problems at all. Check in was easy, staff friendly. They even babysat my suitcase after check out until it was time to go to the airport. The cleaners did a good job. Good value for money. The air conditioning worked pretty well, which is one of the main things I look for in accommodation. The beds were well set up and organised for those of us who have very specific temperatures we like to sleep at.
The shower did not have a shower curtain which made washing a bit awkward. The shower head holder was slightly broken, so it falls down a lot and even landed hard on my head once. The WiFi reach was not very good. It was decent WiFi itself, but the coverage to my room was awful. It was a great stay, these are only little things.

Good position close to town. It was clean with a fridge and hot plate.
The air conditioning didn’t work. We tried it and it came on but it just blew air. In March it’s cold and rainy so we needed some warmth in the room. It was really cold. Probably would be ok in May
