Not to shower in my unit, they did offer to send us to another room. There was no water in our unit for shower or toilet. The tank was empty! There 1st reason someone let water run or toilet run whole night. No I don't think so! That tank was empty with arrival! 2nd asked to stay bit longer on a Sunday, - then I must pay R250. phew that is steep. My mom is in reemission cancer patient. And didn't want to take her out so early to spend the day in car @ EP Netball camp. Asked for 12o'clock.

The staff was horrible told us to cut our stay because they were fully booked the following day

We did not have breakfast, but the location was great, the environment was fine and staff were friendly. It was very comfortable. It was clean too. We enjoyed our stay

Everything was perfect value the money

The staff could do with some work. We found them to be a bit rude with us. We asked what time breakfast was served and they were quite short with us. They also told us that the latest we could have breakfast was 8:30am. And when we arrived for breakfast, the kitchen staff hadnt even arrived! We had to wait for about 45mins while they made our order and even then they made the wrong orders for us. It was such a frustrating time as we got up extra early to make the stipulated breakfast time. We also couldnt park one of our vehicles on the property and had to park it on the street which was a bit unsafe.
