DO NOT STAY HERE Do not believe the favorable reviews. It's the little things that can make or break a hotel and this hotel is broken. I will start with the good: -Clean bedding -Mattress was ok -Onsite laundry and gym -Ample parking -Close to Costco and other shopping Now the bad: -The walls and ceilings are paper thin. You can hear every word of your neighbors conversation and they can probably hear you too. -The ceilings/floor have no insulation and you will be able to hear your upstairs neighbor walking, setting down luggage, etc. -You will need to take out your own trash -Staff will not give extra towels. You need to exchange your old ones -Housekeeping will only clean your room every 2 weeks -Floor and phone are not cleaned well. -You will hear cars coming and going- repeat there is no insulation -A lot of construction workers stay here; get used to waking up early when they leave -There is a homeless person living in the bushes in the back of the hotel

I was traveling as a single woman and when I arrived, there were older men drinking alcohol openly in the lobby - when I left around 5:30pm they asked where I was going and when I came back around 10:30pm there were more people in the lobby openly drinking alcohol and they offered me some. It felt very uncomfortable and very unsafe as a young woman alone. In addition, the room was absolutely vile. I had to buy my own hand soap and Kleenex as none was provided, the walls and floor were filthy to the point I didn’t want to touch anything, and there were stains on the bedding. I heard the inner door to the hotel opening all night long and people talking/laughing loudly as they walked through the halls - until 2 in the morning. I slept maybe 2 hours before I could hear people again around 4:30 in the morning. The walls were so thin that I could hear the person in the room next to me snoring. I was supposed to stay for 3 nights and I left after the 1st night - unable to fathom another night in that horrible place.

The room was pretty rundown (holes in the hall etc) and they were very skimpy on supplies. We only had 2 towels and one bottle of shampoo/conditioner. No coffee maker or kitchen supplies for the kitchenette. This was also the third room I was given, as the first hadn’t been cleaned yet and the second had a terrible odor, so check in was a lot longer than expected. Would not stay here again. The staff was nice though.

I forgot about the bad experience I had at a previous Woodsprings Hotel, or I would not have booked this one. Very noisey. Noise in the hallway, noise next to us, noise above us. (Hardwood floors make every step in the room above us audible.) Beds not comfortable...

The room had a dirty smell and was not cleaned well.

Worst Place I have ever stayed in! I don't even know why Hotels.com suggested this place to me! Too greedy and worst than a motel. Definitely avoid this place, sleeping in your car 10X better than this place.

When we arrived we had 2 rooms reserved - 2 kings, we were told we were down graded to 1 king and 1 2 queen, which was fine, however we were charged $329 for the 2 queens, not the $189 that we reserved the rooms for in January. It then took close to 45 mins to get the room for the $189 because we were not paying the higher price and we had a flight we had to leave for at 5 am and it was already 1130. We were very disappointed in the customer service. We also witnessed this same thing earlier in the week when we stayed there. Will not stay there again.

Arrived from a long flight for a three night stay. Two different registrations neither one of the had a room assigned. Freekers had over sold. Crackhead at the desk showed us our names but would/could not give us our rooms. We had to get a place in downtown.

This Hotel was reserved will in advance of our arrival. My wife showed up at check in time and they stated that the room was not ready. They did not give an estimated time for it being ready so my wife left. I called and they told me the room was ready at approx. 3:45pm. Then when my wife showed up again to check in at 4:30, they again stated the room was not ready. I called and asked them why the confirmed it was ready with me but continued to state it was not ready for my wife, they couldn't provide a legitimate answer. Needless to say we cancelled the booking and then booked our stay with Staybridge Suites in Gilbert. Slightly more expensive, but a much nicer hotel. Worth the peace of mind to get a quality hotel.

The exterior was clean and modern. The lobby was clean, the front desk staff was very nice, but slow in the check in process. The hallways smelled, and they were understaffed. The rooms were a nice size, but the floors were not very clean. The walls seemed thin. I could hear people next door talking, and upstairs I had kids running around until 9 pm.

It was an Ok hotel, nice place to stay and sleep, the downsize was not having a free breakfast, like others hotels with the same price range.

Confusion at check in room was given away. Staff was rude at check in and the room was ample. Not abundantly clean but ok. Biggest issue was the check in staff was less than friendly

No ice machine and the first room i was given was not cleaned from the last guest.

Check in was quick and easy. Staff was courteous and professional.

Full kitchen appliances such as full size fridge, stovetop, microwave..... but no dishes, pots, pans, etc. Nice bathroom.... no blowdryer available. No ice Machine on premises. Very clean, but thin walls and ceiling. Every noise can be heard.

Additional amenities in the rooms would be nice; an iron, a mirror outside of bathroom (full body would've been cool as I was there for an event and would have liked to check my outfit before heading out), a hair dryer, more than just the one little bottle of shampoo, and a bucket for ice/ ice machine (i did notice the ice trays in the freezer, I didnt use them because the freezer wasn't the cleanest).

All I can say if it wasn't for your customer sit. Curfew set care representative today. My God, I would be sleeping in my car with my dog. Thank you guys so much

There was no one at the front desk for 30 minutes for check in at 6pm, as well as the bathroom had no shower curtain.

Dryer washer did not work and charge money, had to call and get refunds

I honestly thought this was a property aimed towards business travelers. Its more of a weekly type motel. The place reeks of weed and methadone. The rooms are really nice and clean. Just not a place I would stay again on a work trip.

Everything was great except there was no creamer for the coffee in the morning. The sweetest front desk lady offered me some of her own personal creamer which was over and above what she had to do. She is an amazing employee! But really- the hotel needs to buy creamer for the guests. That would have been a game changer for me to leave a better review.

It was the closest hotel I could find close to my work party and the District in Gilbert.

The front desk staff was helpful and friendly. The place was very clean. The bed wasn’t the most comfortable and the pillows weren’t either, but it was good for the price.

This property is cheap for a reason. They have a mini stove but no pots, pans, or any other dishes. You have to take your trash out because they will not. Also I checked out and realized I had to check back in due to my breaks needing to be fixed. When I arrive, the front desk gentleman told me there were no more clean rooms and I had to go back to my room, which wasn’t cleaned yet, because the maids wasn’t coming back until Monday. I will never stay at this property again. I also forgot to mention there isn’t any public restrooms for when you are checking in or just need to come down and use the restroom because it’s only one restroom in the room. Never starting here again.

Went out for boxing tournament and had a great stay. Clean room, and the gym was perfect. Finally a hotel gym where all equipment works!! We will definitely be back next year!!

Quick overnight stay. Early check in was allowed by management. No issues experienced

There are no rolling carts to move luggage from your car to your room. We asked for two extra pillows and two washcloths. They never came. Although the hotel does provide doggie waste bags, there is dog poop all around the premises, which felt dirty to me. It was noisy, and the bed creeked. The coffee machine is broken. It is not freshly brewed coffee anyway, so I would not have drunk any. It was just a machine to dispense who knows when it was made beverages. This hotel needs some serious improvements, but nothing could convince me to stay there again!
