Das Hotel hat eine Toplage, ein wundervoller Ausblick zum Vulkan und ins Tal hinein. Tagsüber oben auf der Terrasse ziemlich zugig. Die Zimmer schön, Betten super. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und sehr bemüht, den Gästen alle Wünsche zu erfüllen.
Das Essen hat auch geschmeckt. Das Obst sehr frisch.
Da das Hotel am Berg steht, sind die Zimmer unten im Kellerbereich. Dieser riecht unangenehm muffig aufgrund der Feuchtigkeit des Berges und eventuell schlechter Isolierung des Hotels. Der Geruch zieht bis in die Zimmer rein, man muss gut lüften.
Die Isolierung ist nicht besonders, jeder Schritt auf der Terrasse, also der Gaststätte hört man bis unten runter.

staff housekeeping dan front office sangat ramah, pemandangannya luar biasa menakjubkan, suasana hotel tenang, pelayanan profesional, saya sangat suka kolam renangnya air hangat, hanya disini yang saya tahu ada hotel di kintamani yang ada air hangat di kolamnya, saya sangat merekomendasikan akomodasi ini

The views are just fantastic
It’s old and outdated - but for the price I wouldn’t have expected to be modern . It serves its purpose
