The room has an aircon leaks. We were assigned another room only after we complained that the aircon kept leaking. The engineers came and repaired after the first complaint but the measure was only temporary as it kept leaking after that.

I would recommend carrying out a more thorough room inspection before assigning rooms to guests. In our case, the amenities were prepared for only one person, including the toothbrush. In addition, upon our arrival, the shower water was not properly hot, but only lukewarm, giving the impression that the temperature setting was not adequate. I also noticed that some of the wooden furniture appears dated and would benefit from better maintenance, particularly polishing and care of the surfaces. Overall, the level of service and maintenance perceived was closer to a good 4-star hotel rather than fully consistent with a 5-star standard.
