Apartments Waldquell

Always the bests views. Great location, quiet, clean apartment surrounded by nature and generally well equipped. Pool and sauna available at the hotel.

A couple light were burned out, refrigerator, table lamp. No local trash bags available, luckily I had something in my car but I don't travel with Sudtirol eco trash bags.

A noi è piaciuto tutto.

Great Views, But Poor Value for Money The location and views are beautiful, but the apartment did not feel very guest-friendly. On arrival, we found a broken chair, dirty used dish sponges, no dishcloth, no kettle, and no garbage bags. We were even told that garbage bags should be brought from home. The kitchen displayed a warning that guests could be fined €20-50 if the apartment was not left tidy, which created an unwelcoming atmosphere from the start. To be fair, after we reported the issues, most of them were resolved the next day. However, no garbage bags were provided. Unfortunately, the owners came across as rather unfriendly. At check-out, nobody even asked whether we had enjoyed our stay or if everything had been satisfactory. The swimming pool at the associated hotel is nice, but even there no towels are provided. Overall, we felt that the property focuses more on rules than hospitality. Considering the price, this was simply not good value for money, and we would not stay here again.
