The location was excellent. The view from the room and the balcony was exceptional.
The room is simple, but with all the necessary items.
It could be better maintained.
It has to be stated that there are a lot of stairs, some people may not be able to reach the rooms.

Location is great and close to the main restaurants and beaches. The view is amazing.
The owner was very friendly and they met us to pick us up in the parking space (which is in a parallel street).
This apartment clearly has seen better times and it urgently needs maintenance to restore its beauty. There were many things that turned the experience not so positive.
- The balcony door was jammed and not closing properly.
- AC filter was not changed in a while and was producing some bad smell in the air.
- The apartment ran out of water during a couple of hours everyday, which was stressful and inconvenient (specially after a long walk day and not able to get a shower). The owner replied us quickly and they tried to fix, but it was not an easy solution that took longer than expected.
