Park Hotel Tskaltubo - Balneo Resort

The staff were great and it was very clean.

The breakfast was alright if you went early but later food was kept under heat lamps and dried out.

Super convenient location, central. Walking distance to all the functioning springs, top abandoned sanatoriums, grocery shops, restaurants. Adjacent to the large forest park. Large comfortable room, delicious breakfast, swimming pool. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Poor in house service. 1-cleaning very poor. We have to beg the lady. 2- No baggage cart so we have to carry our heavy bags form car park to the room. They claim that lobby staff are available but are not .we saw them smoking and laughing and refuse to help. Also no ramp for wheelchair inside the bldg

Clean and well located

I’d arranged a birthday surprise in the room for my travel companion which had been confirmed with the staff via WhatsApp. I’d explained during booking that we would arrive between 00:00-01:00 the next day ( the birthday) and again by WhatsApp confirmed the expected time. I had explained we would be driving from Tbilisi. Upon arrival, the staff only communicated with my travel companion in Georgian despite the booking being in my name. They told him we had a room upgrade due to his birthday but sadly nothing in the room (as had been confirmed) because “we didn’t know when you’d arrive”. I mean, do it or say nothing.
