I went to Rostock only for one night for a concert and I was looking for a place close to the show. The room was clean, the bed was comforable, very central location with option to park on the street, but I'm not sure if this could be my first option for a longer stay on holidays.
the bathroom was quite small and angular, but this is mostly because it's an old building/construction style. The bathroom itself was clean and functional.

The location was great. 10 min to city center by walk. 5 min to penny and 6 min to Rewe. It was safe and quiet neighbourhood. It had a good equipped kitchen
The matress was old and a very bad quality. There was no shampoo in the bathroom. Only 2 small towels for 3 days and no one came for cleaning during my stay. I was lucky to be in the first floor but a lot of old loud stairs for people living upstairs (I had to wake up super early due to people starting to take stairs in the morning).

"Very friendly. Kitchen & bathroom across the hall but all by myself. Very calm and yet close to the centre."
