We had a really great stay at Axel Beach Maspalomas! Everything was great from start to finish, and we really enjoyed the atmosphere of the hotel.
The pool area was definitely one of our favourite parts. It’s such a nice place to relax during the day, and the DJ Lucky pool parties were a lot of fun — great music and a really good vibe!
Also, a big thank you to Alex and Kevin at the front desk. Both were super friendly, helpful and welcoming, and always happy to help whenever we needed anything. They really made us feel welcome.
Overall, we had a fantastic time and would definitely stay here again!

It's a great hotel, next to Yumbo and close to everything in Maspalomas.
The clientele was fun and the staff were excellent.
Kevin the manager was a delight and check-in with Alvaro was a dream.
Thoroughly enjoy our time there.
The food at the Pool Side restaurant/bar is a bit primitive although the service is charming.

Staff were great - hats off to them! Pool area was pretty decent too.
Bedroom was very tired. Absolutely need a refurb. The noise insulation was poor. I could hear people talking and then snoring in the next room.
