The location was so convenient. Just a short walk from the town centre.
There wasn’t a detachable shower head. The linens seemed to be getting a bit old but the bed was comfortable. And the towels could have been a bit fresher. I think they weren’t dried properly after washing so had a bit of a smell when they got wet again.

Lovely apartment
Clean and modern
Everything we needed
Great location close to the city centre.
After reading other reviews about the lack of fan and Cutlery........
The fan and hairdryer are in the wardrobe,
Cutlery are located in the top drawer under the kettle in a hidden separate section at the top. You're welcome 😉
Nothing everything was perfect 👌

The apartment was bright and spotlessly clean and in a perfect location for exploring Chester. The bed was very comfortable.
The kitchen could have been better equipped, for example there was only one teaspoon and no oven glove. I was disappointed to find no start-off supply of milk as is usual. The door to the microwave seemed to be broken. An instruction book for the oven would have been helpful to explain the numerous tiny cryptic signs on it! The living area would benefit from a small table or coffee table.

Location was perfect
The flat opposite flat 4 we was in had dogs barking and growling every time we came near the door . The smell of cooking and illegal substances in the lift and corridor was terrible. The sofa was the most uncomfortable thing to sit on and the keypad on the door to get in the building failed to work twice and some of us were left outside till someone could let us in .
