Great apartment, lots of space and everything you could need. Underground secure parking was a bonus and convenient when loading or unloading as you had direct access to the apartments.

The only downside was it was a bit noisy at night because of the pub opposite but as long as you’re not a really light sleeper it was fine. The pub provided a good source of people watching from the window 😊

Staff was amazing and accommodating - customer service exceptional . Apartment perfect location - small criticism , extra loo rolls and towels would have been idea along with complimentary beverages. The bathroom was a bit disappointing and needs replacing and possibly renovating nevertheless it was nice and clean

Location was great

Instructions on booking the apartment were not accurate. We were told we would need to supply a deposit and I'd on checking in. A week before arrival the vendors started demanding we supply credit card and passport online. The vendors did not answer any of our questions about security and just kept demanding our personal details. Finally after I did the security checks I supplied the details online. Then we could not get straight instructions as to where the flat was and how to check-in. Finally had to arrive, call them and wait on a corner to be picked up. The flat itself was not totally clean, for instance cigarette burn hole on the sofa, old and failing frying pan etc. windows did not shut out sound so it was very noisy.
