The apartment is - or seems - brand new. It is clean, bright, has lots of space and closet space, a nice bathroom and an excellent shower. Also the A/C is most welcome because it got quite hot in the afternoon. I also appreciated the dark curtains. The host provided body gel and shampoo and a there was a bottle of water in the fridge, both nice touches (also salt, pepper, etc). I arrived at 1 am but I was not worried because the host was very helpful, gave me very clear instructions for the key lock and his telephone, should I have ran into difficulties. I did not use the kitchen but I was pleased to see there was a new sponge, dish soap, hand soap and a kitchen rag (again a nice gesture). Finally, the location is great.

There is no table to work or eat at (although there is a large coffee table in front of the couch if the weather is bad and one cannot use the table in the balcony).

It’s very clean and modern close to the beach and the marina

Nothing it was perfect

Small, cozy and very convenient ,close to old town

was too noisy from the bar downstairs everyday , was difficult to sleep
