It was clean and comfortable what I like the most is the free space I had in the room and fast internet

Nothing!

No working internet in the room! Besides: street's direct entry to the room (not safe!). People freely sitting and talking loudly just outside the room! Super-noisy heavy trains run at a throwing stone distance (train tracks). Room trembles because of the running trains! Again: no working internet!

The location

Bad smell in the bathroom. 2 first days with cold water. A lot of noise of the train close the hotel. The young blond woman, Receptionist, was not friendly and tried to say my dog was not allowed, and after asked money for this. So I showed the Booking page and proved he was allowed.

Cheap and easy to find. Very nice and friendly receptionists.

The whole building is shaking when the trains are coming. Budget room is quite cold. Heater doesnt help a lot.

Nothing pleasant

Not the right quality for the price. The room I received for living was very small, not comfortable and cold, the corridor was warmer

- The location is not that far from the center, but it's better to take a taxi. - Water was first cold and I asked an administrator to fix it, but she told me something didn't work in 1 bathroom and told me to use another bathroom (there are 2 on the floor). When I went to the 2nd bathroom the water was nearly warm (not warm enough for a nice shower). Then I turned the faucet and the water in the boiler started heating up. I decided to wait for a while until the water will be warm enough for me to take a shower and as I was waiting - some woman took the bathroom (the only bathroom with the hot water as the other one was cold). So she ended up taking it for 1 hour! You need to be quick if you want to use the bathroom as there is just 1 functioning bathroom (well, at least it was so for the moment when I was there). - The room was cold (pretty cold) so we had to ask for a heater and we got it. - There is a train passing by every 10 minutes behind the window as the place is located right near the railway. - The room was designed in a pretty way (there was a picture on the wall, a mirror, a wardrobe), we had all we needed for our stay. There's also a kitchen on the floor in case you might need to cook anything.

- The kettle in our room was extremely dirty. We didn't want to use it because of this so we boiled water with our own device. - Now the worst part: It had been peaceful until some extremely noisy group of people checked-in next door. Oh dear, if only we had known that that night would be the most restless and noisy night of our life!!! They were shouting, laughing, screaming, galloping, opening and closing doors all the time! We had to wake up early the next morning and that night was a living nightmare. I could hear the administrator asking them to be quiet and to calm down, but they wouldn't listen and the administrator (who knows why) wouldn't call the police or ask them to leave. The measures were taken, but not enough to make them shut up. The people (the noisy group) were completely disrespectful towards other guests and the administrator didn't do anything. As we were checking out (very early in the morning) the administrator apologized for the group making noise and not letting anyone sleep, but I think an apology will not give me back my wasted hours of sleep. So keep that in mind, if you are looking for a peaceful night - and someone like this group checks in - no one will make them leave (unless you want to be that person).

If they could give a bit more attention this place could be much better. It was decent though, no big problem.
