Very big rooms with king size bed, great size bathroom and Sparkling clean, very friendly English speaking staff, and great breakfast

The breakfast was good and staff very attentive. The location was down a quiet street but very close to bars and restaurants.
Reception staff were very helpful and informative.
Room was very big.
Only minor thing is there was not enough drawer space to unpack considering the size of the room - could have done with a chest of drawers.

The staff is amazing! Always very available, kind and ready to support. They organized 2 transfers for us as well as a lovely tour of the city. Breakfast was really nice too!
Hotel is well situated.
The room was decent but not amazing. To be more specific: it was overall clean and relatively modern. However: there was a weird smell in the bathroom, one light wouldn’t turn off so we had to remove the lightbulb to sleep and the duvet was too short so they had added 2… one for the feet and one for the upper side of the body

Alles perfekt, Zimmer mit Flußblick sind vermutlich nachts nicht so ruhig wie unseres. Fahrräder rostig, aber besser funktionierend als in vielen anderen Hotels. Schöner Fahrradausflug durch die Reisfelder zum Strand.

Fantastic location. Super friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was one of the best. I didn’t get the lady’s name that took care of the dining area. However, she was amazing, even remembering what you ordered the previous day. Room and bed was super comfy. A great stay

The king size mattress was too old and it sunk down on both sides from over usage.

Alle Hotelmitarbeiter waren so lieb und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an total wohl und wie Zuhause,gefühlt.
Das Zimmer war gross, sauber, schön und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Ein Balkon mit tollem Blick war auch dabei.
Das Frühstück war extrem lecker und vielfältig.
Zum Abschied gab es sogar ein Lunchpaket für die Zugfahrt.
Nochmal auf diesem Weg, ein herzliches Dankeschoen an alle Hotel Mitarbeiter, für die schönen Tage in ihrem Hotel

De locatie, het Personeel en het fantastische ontbijt (met hele fijne gastvrouw die elke ochtend weer super service verleende)
Niets,alleen jammer dat er geen balkon bijzat, maar dat was ook geen probleem gezien de locatie en het prettige personeel!

Good location. Amazing staff. Excellent service. For the early flight, we had to check out before the breakfast time but the staff still offered us the take-away one. We couldn't expect more. Definitely choose this hotel if we have chance to come back here.

Good location for shopping/cafes/restaurants. Pleasant walk to Imperial Citadel (approx 30 mins) across Bridge or take a GRAB taxi/scooter. Clean hotel, pleasant staff and good continental breakfast. Room and ensuite with bath good size. As a sole traveller I felt safe.

Hotel très confortable, propre et très acceuillant. Situé a proximité des restaurant dans une zone assez vivante. La cité impériale est accessible à pied à 30 min.
Le personnel est très avenant et peut aider pour organiser des visites.
Le petit déjeuné est excellent.
Comme l'hotel est situé dans la zone touristique, il y a quelques nuissances sonnores mais tout à fait acceptable car les chambres sont plutot bien isolées.

Great location few minutes from the centre and restaurants, really nice and helpful staff. Some of them could speak English.
Noise in the hotel corridor early in the morning, it woke us up every day. Some of our rooms had a window against a wall, so no view outside.

Staff was lovely and very accommodating. They even let me shower after check out before my bus to ninh Bình and let me store my bags for the day so I could explore before leaving. The breakfast was simple & nice.

Our room was very clean and comfortable and exceeded our expectations however it was the staff who made our stay so fantastic. They were so kind, accommodating and helpful. The location was perfect t as well and very quiet despite being on a busy lane. I highly recommend Hue Serene Palace Hotel, incredible value for money!
