Igényes wellness részleg, és tiszta szoba várt minket.
A budapest környéki dugók miatt nem sikerült a megadott időpontik odaérni hogy átmegyünk a kulcsot de ezt igazán kedvesen és a probléma megoldására fókuszálva segítettek kezelni. Úgyhogy ezúton is köszönjük a személyzetnek!
A reggeli-hez kikészített mogyorókrém lehetne inkább nutella.

Location was perfect, close to amenities. David was extremely helpful, friendly and professional so as other staff members. Our room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was ok,we had a fantastic stay. Thank you guys! I would highly recommend this hotel,great value for money!

The room was tidy, and the staff was kind.
The room was quite cold, and since reception closes after 8 PM, arriving later in the evening meant there was no way to request extra blankets. Although the room had an air conditioner that could also provide heating, the remote control was not available in the room. Only the next day did we learn that you have to request it at the reception, which felt rather inconvenient. It seems unusual to have equipment in the room that guests can’t use directly without asking for additional access.
