Four of us stayed 2 nights for the Watchet 40s weekend. Good location with parking and walking distance to Donnington station. Friendly owner and very reasonable price. No bus service at weekends but good local taxis. Farm opposite does great food at very reasonable prices. The cottage was well equipped with everything we needed.
The cottage is tiny. Ok for a couple of nights but no proper storage space for clothes. Wardrobe in room with double bed had no rail or shelves so waste of precious space. Beds in other room only really suitable for children. Not sure how table in living room could be folded out for use.

The area was lovely, close to haven site where daughter was staying. Lovely farm/ play barn opposite, near to small towns. Very quiet and relaxing.
The property was lovely but the overwhelming smell of damp, especially in the kitchen cupboards was awful. (the information booklet did explain to air the property which we did.) So we didn’t use any of the kitchen appliances or equipment except for the fridge which was immaculate. So unfortunately we didn’t use anything, had to eat out for all our meals.
