Good location, close to busy streets yet not affected by street noise. We also like the breakfast, both the food and view.
There were ants and spider inside the bathroom beside the vanity sink.

Perfect location for exploring ubud! Lovely surroundings with beautiful traditional buildings, breakfast was nice and staff very friendly and helpful
Building work was noisy throughout the day.Bar next door to hotel was noisy late at night

Great location.
It is tired, needs a good renovation and a deep clean.
To have animal droppings on top of dressers and the window sills not the best when it can be easily cleaned.
Housekeeping didn’t seem to be an option unless you specified.
