Barbara greeted us and gave us routes to get to our scheduled tours. The breakfast was included and was very good. We were encouraged to take an extra croissant and fruit on our early days when we didn’t have time breakfast. The facility was clean and there was a coffee maker in the room. The bed was very comfortable. The only negative was so many stairs to climb with luggage but that is all of Venice!

Beautiful location a short walk from main areas and attractions. The suite was spacious and relaxing.

The location is wonderful! 1 block from the vaporetto stop (water bus). 7 min walk to Rialto bridge. Restaurants/bars, gelato and wine shop right outside their front door. 5 minute walk to the Market. Quiet neighborhood where we felt very safe. The bed was comfortable and the room was very quiet. Our hosts were lovely and attentive to all our needs. Helping with directions and things to do and see. They went above and beyond when we left things in our drawer to ship them to us. The breakfast was a wonderful assortment of cold food options and coffee or tea.
There was a total of 72 steps to get to our room. Yes, I counted. They offer to help you with your bags if you need it.

Our room was clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful.
However, the hotel has a lot of stairs and no elevator, which makes it difficult for anyone with heavy luggage or knee problems — I wouldn’t recommend it in that case.
Breakfast was very basic and could be improved.
