the appartment is in OK condition in the third floor (had the Top3 appartment) , good located in Mathon with small balcony (you share with the neighbors 👎🏽)
Miss Pfeifer is friendly (but felt also she can be very strict), not much into talking.
Floors in bedrooms and entrance are with carpet.
Facilities: Even if it's an appartment where you have to buy your own food etc. basic things for the dishwasher or cleaning something are not available (need to be buy from each guest for new). That could be offered from the owner (even it's from the previous guest).

Very friendly and sweet staff. Austrian styled apartment, with everything you need. TOP 4 apartment was very roomy, and everything was clean and nice. Amount agreed to pay for the stay, was 100% accurate! Great value.
Beds was hard (to our opinion), and one of the rooms was a bit cold. Not a real problem though.
