the beach weas really cool, the room was clean

the food was very poor, far from 5 star expection, sometimes they served drinks in plastic cups in the restaurant, I lost weight during my stay despite having all inclusive the stuff was kind, but their english was very poor

The hotel is not a 5 stars, maybe 3 stars+. Terrible services offered, starting from receptionist Larisa (who have to learn to smile and be more friendly) and ending with parking place (the valet do not drop the car outside from de hotel immediately after check-in!). Small rooms with small beds (80X190) and balcony (semicircle). There is no plate of fruits and wine in your room. I paid the same money this year and we received less quality than the last year. For sure, I am regretting and we will never come back.

Very nice sand beach and warm sea, good food, entertainment

Not really clean in rooms. Our bath was not properly clean after previous guests (you could see toothpick and some hairs) and even after we asked to clean nothing happened, I had to do it by myself. Same happened when we asked to check the light that was blinking, nobody checked.
