The location is exceptional, situated right in the heart of the old town, with restaurants, cafés, shops, and attractions all easily accessible on foot. This was definitely the biggest highlight of my stay. The air conditioning was also a huge plus, especially given the warm weather.
Unfortunately, the room itself was not very comfortable. The bed was quite uncomfortable, and I didn’t sleep well during either of the two nights I stayed. The shower also had an issue with the drainage, it was blocked, causing the water to overflow all over the bathroom, which was quite inconvenient.

Idassa Palace was excellent. Receptionists were very pleasant and helpful. The room is compact but functional, ideal for a one or two night stay, which is enough to see the sights of Zadar. Walking distance to restaurants, groceries, laundromats, and major sights. Highly recommended.
Pillow was a bit hard
