The location was very good, short walk from the beach, sand dunes and restaurants

The doors did not work properly so we would often struggle to get into the apartment. I raised this with the staff who weren’t particularly responsive. There wasn’t a very good staff/reception presence and so that impacted the service slightly. The Wifi was intermittent and so the connection would often drop. We had to assist another guest with a late night check in, it’s not the best set up for someone who needs full hotel service as it’s not always staffed.

Great location, next to beach, short walk to restaurants, bars and shops. The cleaning staff were amazing, the apartment was cleaned twice in the 5 nights we stayed. Also the grounds were cleaned every day. We are booking again for October.

We were not sure how to get in when we got there, I call 2 numbers form the booing.com booking but no answer, then after some time we look at the locked gate as you go into the property, and there was a sign saying call a number. We did this and they gave us the code for the ket safe which was next to the gate. We did not know this before we went. May put this information in the booking conformation.

it was what we wanted relaxsation weather good enough to hire a sun bed on the beach 2sunbeds and a brolly €7.50 a day bargain and able to walk about in the day time in shorts and tee shirt and it was february

Only thing I didn't like was we arrived in the evening and not been before there was not anyone too meet us we were giving instructions over the phone not a problem but not what we are used to

Check in was stressful, no information sent prior to arrival, and we were not the only ones, during our stay lots of confused people were at the gate looking for help. We had to phone a number posted on the gate, and try to find a lock box combination for the key. Inside the apartment was OK, I paid extra than normal for this thinking it was better, but the shelves in the door of the fridge were broken, I reported it to 2 people, nothing happened. Having to lay down opened cartons of milk and juice was a nuisance and there was not much space left in the fridge with no shelves in the door. Complimentary toiletries?? Well we had half used mini bottles, they were not topped up or replaced during our 8 day stay and I definitely did not want to use them when already used by someone else. Microwave supplied, great. No oven gloves... what are you supposed to do not to burn yourself taking hot food out of a microwave? Description said washing machine, actually this is a shared top loader in the garden, used by the cleaning staff. If you want to use it, it is 4 euros (not a lot I know, but I was led to believe from the description that we had our own washing machine). Really I am disappointed with this apartment. The apartment slept 3, so we literally had 3 teaspoons, 3 knives, 3 forks, 3 bowls etc you get the idea. Everything was the minimum! No I won't be booking here again.
