The location is fantastic, just across the road from a massive shopping centre.
I also appreciated the appliances in the small kitchenette, there was a fridge, kettle, toaster, microwave, small cooktop and a sink.
It wasn’t very clean. There were long dark hairs on the bed, towels and in the shower, there were also nail clippings in the shower.
The toilet seat was broken and didn’t sit properly.
The kitchenette floor and bathroom floor were sticky.
The cutlery and dishes were not clean, some had dried food stuck to them.

They had some work done and drilling started at 8.30am. It wasn’t a nice way to wake up after arriving to to hotel late the night before and was looking forward to a bit of a lay in

We booked a three bedroom apartment. It was massive. Extremely clean and we got a shock when we walked in as there were 3 bathroom which made it so much easier when we all had to get ready. There was a small mix up with the payment but that was due to new staff and it was corrected straight away. The staff were so apologetic and we did receive some compensation which was much appreciated. We will definitely stay again if down that way.

The property was clean an new. In what was a stressful situation with a last minute booking due to a late flight cancellation the facility owner operator couldn’t have been more accomodating and went out of her way to ensure my short stay was perfect.

We supplied our own breakfast. The location was very good for us, and especially with the large shopping centre across the street. The room was very clean and tidy.

You have to pay for parking on top of your nightly stay tv always issues gets very hot in the rooms staff wanted to come into our room when my wife was sleeping how rude staff have no idea about anything the exscuses were sorry i dont know drrrr

Having a pre-check-in was helpful, set some expectations for my stay.
The pre-checkin phone call, and pre-checkin survey weren't relayed to Quest, so upon check-in I still had to convey the same answers.
I opted for on site car-parking at $10 per night which was just boom gate access.
The front desk were unable to encode my access cards due to "system issues", yet the next guest checking in had no problems. I was told they would be re-coded and delivered to my room, which never happened and that attended was not on the desk when I came back. The next attendant was able to encode them within a minute.
Room door also did not lock, so no need for keys to access.
