Easy Reach By Bus From Airport. Clean, Comfortable, Hospitable. Host Chris Was Superb! Nothing Was Too Much Trouble. Great WiFi, Comfy Bed, Lovely Shower, Hot Drinks In Room. Breakfast Was Lovely 😍. Close To Shops And Restaurants. Definately A Returning Customer. Chris Gave Me Support In Finding My Feet In Local Area For Walks And Nice Locations. Great Value! Lovely Village Area And Local Boat Waterways. Nice View Of Estuary And Venice, Short Walk From Village. Great Food In Restaurant. Lovely Ambiance 😍. Thank You For A Nice Stay. Lovely staff (Stephania and Chris) as well as cleaning lady were all so kind and helpful Room was clean and spacious with a fridge Great connections to Venice and right on the bus line The restaurant was very convenient to have a meal and drink and delicious pizza

I would have liked there to be a small table and chair in the room so I could have my meals, I didn’t feel comfortable eating my own food at the restaurant tables. There was only 1 toilet for 4 rooms so up to 8 people sharing a single toilet, which can cause a wait for toilets and can affect cleanliness. The breakfast was repetitive and didn’t offer much variety, also they cook the eggs and set the tables out at 8am so I felt slightly uncomfortable eating eggs and ham that was sitting out for nearly 2 hours (as I had my breakfast towards 10am on all days). Would prefer these to be freshly cooked when we arrive for breakfast. The air conditioner wasn’t very effective as it didn’t cool the room, and the fridge and AC were quite loud

Breakfast was good, well done for being included. Staff was fantastic, from the gentleman that was so helpful in getting me organized for a late check in and navigating the local transportation system, to the sweet lady who served breakfast and made sure that each Guest had the very best start to their day. Each person went above and beyond to ensure a great stay, it was much appreciated.

The A/C in the room didn't work super well, it ran but wasn't as cool as hoped. The fridge wasn't working properly either, but I let staff know and they made sure to have it looked into right away.

No hot water, half a cup of coffee at breakfast, cold fried eggs 🍳 noise, cheap but not value for money.
