The host was super friendly and helpful, and the location was perfect. Right on the beach.

The staff create a very comfortable and friendly atmosphere. A room with a kitchen and a refrigerator, which is very convenient. The top common floor offers quite a beautiful view of the sea through palm leaves. Great place to drink coffee. Convenient location near the busy part of Arambol, but at the same time quite quiet.

A typical guest house in Goa with its pluses and minuses. Ascetic enough, but it's normal for local guesthouses.

Nice hotel for this price. Very close to the beach.

First of all Helen and Agnelo are AMAZING hosts! from the very first contact till I left it felt like being home. Each encounter with them starts and ends with a smile. they are very helpful and take such good care of their guests! I cannot recommend enough staying at their guesthouse! The room is spacious and cozy, the bed is comfortable, very clean, there is a balcony and hot shower, wifi, you won’t miss anything. Furthermore the best part is, it‘s right in front of the beach. It’s perfectly located just around the corner from the main street where you can stroll around and go on a shopping tour. I for sure found my home in Arambol and can’t wait to be back again:)! thanks for making my stay so effortless!

Excellent place to stay, Helen and her husband are exceptionally kind, helpful human beings. Anything you need, they will go out of their way to help you. Excellent location too. Just go out of the guest house and you're on the beach ! I recommend anyone to stay here.

The property can be maintained and made better. The terrace was not clean which can be done to make the property more beautiful.

Kudos to the hosts Angelo and Helenda for making our stay so comfortable. The property is right in front of the beach, rooms are spacious and clean. This aint beach huts but proper brick and mortar guest houses. You can ask Angelo for help anything and everything, from finding a cab to fish curry. Like other folks mentioned, the way to rhe property is not super accessible and you will need to call the host to help you navigate and help with your luggage. But this is right on the beach so i think thats alright. Will stay here when I visit Aarambol again

it’s a property by the beach which makes the ambience great . Arambol also has water sports and all sorts of shacks to fill your tummy ! overall it’s very budget friendly as well

i think the only drawback is the parking if you come by car . you will have to walk about 150-200 meters from the pay-park location

Snuggled amidst the wonderful DIY garden made by Angelo, and an ever smiling, ever ready Helen, perched up right on the beach, is one of the most suitable, safe, secure and comfortable homestays. It is a perfect distance from the beach and the market. We took a studio apartment, equipped with gas and cutlery. It made the one week stay extremely enjoyable. The hosts are very chilled out and have a great ambiance for staying whether with family, solo or as a couple. Very happy!

The guesthouse room were very chic and hygeninic, cosy and comfortable and the hosts were very sweet and helpful and professional. The ambience of the place was amazing and the local food around was just wow! The beach is just a few steps away which made our stay more fun.

The hosts were brilliant, helped me with everything. It was hygienic. The location is literally ON the beach so sunsets and early mornings were so beautiful and convenient. The room was bug enough, comfortable, and the washroom was small but comfortable. Special love to the kind introverted dogs Shepherd, Goldie and Spotty who made my stay warmer.

Nothing to dislike as such but it's a guesthouse, not a hotel, so remember that before going. Also, if fish smell makes you uneasy, it would be better to inform beforehand so you can get a room away from the part where fishes are brought in as soon as they're caught.

This place is located right on the Arambol beach and they have an attached shack to their stay as well that serves clean food, too. Hence, if you stay with them, you would have a separate entry/exit to the beach as well. it's a big building that houses 20 odd rooms, The rooms are big enough for 2 people, with attached bathrooms. The common balconies do have a view of the Arambol beach. The hosts live in the same property, so they are just a knock-on-the-door or call away. Great value for money and a place to live like a local. Much recommended.
