The general comfort of the residence is very good and it is very pleasant to stay in such a well-maintained and well-designed residence. The closeness to the beach is also very important.
Internet connection is sometimes weak. Although it is not an issue for me, for my daughter (or for younger generations, in general) it seems a crucial argument.

The staff was warm, very welcoming and really considerate. Perfect appartement for families and close to the pool and beach. I loved the access we had to the beach. The rooms were comfortable as well. My kids loved to have a playground too
Our bathroom was really tiny, but I guess they can't help it. The rooms are quite hot but ours had 2 fans to help with it

The location is fantastic. Walking distance to the beach. The staff at the reception were very friendly and helpful. The room size was good.
There were way too many people by the pool which made the water look milky. The staff at the restaurant were not the friendliest and their menu is super small. Airconditiong was definitely missing! It got so hot during night that we had problems sleeping. Also, it was new for us that we had to put the linen on the beds ourselves (you have to remove them yourself before check out too). Take extra towels along as the provided towels are super small.

-Reception decoration is Modern and stylishly furnished

-Restaurant facilities have been rented to an other entrepreneur. She was mostly alone and only in specific hours you can find the food.
-They are providing Bed sheets, Pillow cover, Towels etc. at the check in but never change it during our 1 week stay.
-Only Hotel section have air conditioning, not the Apart rooms.

Nice and modern property with nice garden and plant, big pool, clean rooms, friendly staff
Neighbor camping had loud music during many nights. Closing window didn't help.

No air condition and fans provided are very poor. Doors to bathroom are sliding and stuck that couldnt close, we had to change the hotel at night.

It is modern looking and pretty spacious property with nice swimming pool area
It really disappointing for 4* hotel and residence not to find air-conditioning in the room, no toiletries, very basic and lazy breakfast. Very inconvenient and small shower. The bed is extremely uncomfortable and old. The noise from outside and from neighbors is very bad - you can hear almost everything.
