Every single member of the staff was incredibly kind and helpful. We asked for a late check out given the very high temperature and not only they granted it but also did not charge one euro for that. These guys rock!
Very generous breakfast served on the rooftop and reliable wifi all across the premises. Locationwise it's tucked away from the busy Medina which makes it a perfect place to relax and enjoy a less chaotic area of the city
Nothing - they really helped making this a memorable trip

Hi ,
The location was not good enough too long to walk , narrow street full of building side area and difficult to get a taxi .
Therefore we only stayed one night and we moved out so I would like to get a refund .The room was very small , without fresh air and mould on the wall . Could only use air conditioning to refresh the room .
