the breakfast menu was the same as it was in OCt2020. but the prices were tripled

the price are increased by 3 times but everything remained the same. We regret our stay this time. the Bed metrss was pathetic. there were not proper facilities no clean pool either. the staff was the good part, Raju and Kishan did their best they could.

this is the worst hotel I have ever been to, boorish staff who are not present at the reception, I had to call all the time to find a manager. the photos do not match all the furniture is old, there are cockroaches on the bed in the room, we also did not receive the promised breakfast. there is no telephone in the rooms for communication with the reception, no wi-fi, the staff said that this is possible only in the lobby to request a change of room due to the fact that we have cockroaches, the manager said that we can leave if we are not satisfied, after that we packed our things and left

The location is good. It is close to most main attractions.

The air conditioning was not working for the 3 nights of our stay. They said it would be repaired but nothing changed for the whole stay and we were charged full amount for A/C as well. The weather was pretty hot in goa and it was a terrible stay without A/C.

The food is amazing. The staff is extremely helpful towards all your needs. The bathrooms are spacious and very well equipped and maintained.

Lighting in the room can be brighter

The rooms are not modern, no TV, bedsheets are average and the rooms need to be better cleaned.

£30 difference in the price for my friend and I for the same rooms over the same period. The manager blamed Booking.com. Charged for extra coffees at breakfast on departure.
