We had an absolutely perfect stay at Sandra’s apartment! Sandra is such a wonderful and lovely host — incredibly kind, helpful, and always available whenever you need anything, at any time. The apartment itself is beautiful and makes you feel right at home from the moment you walk in. It’s very cosy, comfortable, and spotlessly clean. Everything is perfectly taken care of, and you have absolutely everything you could possibly need during your stay. The location is also fantastic, with a beautiful view and a great area. And a huge plus is the parking space right in front of the apartment, which makes everything so much easier. We truly loved our stay and would definitely recommend Sandra’s place to anyone looking for a comfortable, cosy, clean, and welcoming home away from home. We would happily stay here again! ❤️

Excellent apartment for families (we stayed as 5, with 3 children). Parking right outside the door — which is a tremendous advantage in Dubrovnik. Super clean, organized, equipped with kitchen items, plenty of towels, and even complimentary beach umbrellas. The owner lives in the apartment downstairs and is very attentive and kind. There is a grocery store 100 meters away and the Lapad promenade with restaurants and a beach is within a short walking distance (via stairs). Would definitely stay here again.

Lapad beach — which is the closest one to the apartment — is not the best; in fact, after visiting, I wouldn't recommend wasting your time there. Another thing: the payment for the stay is made in cash directly to the owner (come prepared!). Finally, one small detail we would change: the bedsheets for the double sofa bed were single-sized (much too short); I think it would be better if they were double-sized and made of cotton, but as I said, it's a minor detail that doesn't compromise the excellence of the stay.
