The location was 10/10!! Beds were comfy and everything was clean. Only negative was that the shower in the master bathroom is very old and awkward, bordering on dangerous, to get in and out of. The entire unit and furnishings could use an update but the cleanliness made it easier to overlook.

Because of the awesome location we were able to park the car and walk to all the places we wanted to go. The beach, the shops, and everything else was in walking distance. Nice home.

We've stayed in this neighborhood before and loved it. This house is a couple of blocks from the beach and the same from food and shops. It fit our family just perfectly. A teenager on the couch and another on the blow up mattress that is provided. Seems like the owner is remodeling little by little. The first bathroom has been updated. Also, new flooring throughout. The kitchen was dated but everything worked! We had no issue with the primary bathroom's shower being too deep.

master room you had to climb into a deep tub for the shower and it was very slippery you had to be really careful not good for seniors. 2nd bathroom right next to kitchen/dinning room no privacy. Location was awesome!!!
