Location was great. Very close to the pool and easy walk to beach and nearby shops. There were chairs, boogie boards and beach towels at the house even though i was told there were none. So that was a nice surprise. The mattress in the downstairs room really needs to be flipped or a new one bought. The house needs some TLC. For the money we spent, i expected the home to be in better shape. But i get it, it’s a short term rental. I did like there were many coffee pots to choose from. One did have a LOT of mold growing in it. I do think owners need to consider replacing sliding doors upstairs with real doors. With multiple families staying, it needed more privacy and noise control. Air conditioner seemed to not be able to keep up with the heat outside. Even at night, the family room would get very cool but bedrooms were warm. Overall it was fine but I’ll consider a different house for the next stay. The rental company was great though. Answered when i called and had great tips and referrals.

Like the house. Communication with property manger was responsive (unfortunately we were the first stay after a recent bug spraying which stirred the cockroaches a bit :-).
This location seems to be the worst beach location in the area (we have years of experience renting along 30A) unless you prefer being stacked 8 rows deep while every other adjacent community is just two rows deep with plenty of space for kids to play. This was during a busy spring break week. The rental chair spaces were sold out and the “open spaces”were so full that our kids were asked to leave from the only space they could find that was partially overlapping a beach patrol path.
So like the house but the beach set up puts my first experience with Seacrest on the “never again” list.
