My daughter and I traveled to the Bradenton area for a large lacrosse tournament and decided to stay on the beach in lieu of a team hotel. We absolutely loved the location (steps from a beautiful not-crowded beach, easy to get to the venues and close to great restaurants and grocery/gas. Jill could not have been nicer and more accommodating. From the initial reservation through checkout, she offered amazing customer service. I feel like we are even friends now! Will def be back.

My husband and I stayed at Jill's property for our anniversary trip to AMI. It was the perfect spot - the best was comfortable, the space was clean and well appointed, and it was walkable to the beach. Jill was a wonderful host! We arrived late, and she texted to make sure we got in ok and connected the next morning to make sure the space was to our liking. I highly recommend this property and will stay again if we return to the area!

This is the perfect location if you want to walk to the beach and just relax. The owner was great and very accommodating. This is not a touristy island and was just want we wanted for a quiet getaway. Love the fact that it was a king bed too.

Me and my family’s stay was amazing.Jill is the best host I had so far.she is seriously the best. she answers back to any questions very quickly, she is very organized with the whole process and communicates everything very well .the unit 3 that we stayed in is a perfect size for 2 people.the pool was literally right outside our door and there’s a bunch of beach chairs to lay down and tan on.there’s also a few tables sets with chairs and an umbrella that you can eat on which was super convenient to be able to hangout eat and jump in the pool.the best part was that the beach is right across the street and I love how Jill provides a bunch of beach chairs and beach towels .I will definitely be back.thank you so much Jill we appreciate you.

This is an amazing little place to stay while visiting Anna Maria Island! Everything we needed was there, and we were within walking distance to an awesome spa, grocery store, pharmacy, Dunkin, gas station… everything!! The beach is right across the street, and it is GORGEOUS!!!! The bed….let’s just say that I’ve asked for the info on it so that I can find one here to purchase for myself! It was incredible and made for fabulous sleep! Jill, the property owner, is easily and quickly available. She even texted us over our stay to check on us and to make sure all was well! The only negative is the 11 hour drive for me. I’d do it again to stay here again!

This is such a charming place I will definitely be back next year! The studio that my sister and I stayed in was perfect for two people. The bed was so comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed. Great location and only a 2 minute walk to the beach.
Jill was amazing. Jill checked in quite often through out our stay to see if we needed anything and to see if they were satisfied. Truly was one of my best experiences renting through Vrbo.

We had a really good time at Jill’s place. It was as it was advertised. I appreciated the makeup removal towel provided. Other than that it didn’t come with any extra provided toiletries other than the basic hand soap. It was clean, air conditioner worked well, and the other guests we encountered out by the poop walking by were all pleasant.

This unit was so clean, cozy and comfortable, we loved our stay here. It's only a very short walk to the beautiful beach in a very quiet neighborhood area. The pool area was clean and comfortable. Jill, the owner, was very accommodating and was wonderful at providing all of the check in information needed. We will definitely be back.

We have been to AMI multiple times and this condo did not disappoint. The condo was furnished with fresh beach colors and it was very clean and updated.
The pool was just steps away and the beach was a 2 minute walk. Jill was super accommodating and I would recommend this place. Great stay.

Lovely place. I wished the room was darker to sleep in but other than that it was a great place to stay. Easy walk to the beach, close to the trolley, and short walk to get a massage if that’s what you like on vacation like I do 😊

This was a VRBO I rented for my father. It was the perfect set up for him. It allowed him to be close to us (we stayed at another rental close by), but give him his own space. He commented that it was very quiet and peaceful. The place was beautifully appointed, clean, and cheerfully decorated. The owner stayed in communication with us, and checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. You can tell she truly cares about her guests and their comfort. It was a wonderful rental experience. Thank you!!

Property was ready on time. A few problems to deal with and property manager was prompt to reply. Did not like that the lights around the pool were on all night as the unit had 3 large windows directly off the pool.

The place is as described on the site. Has EVERYTHING you will need. Kitchen well equipped even had spices.
The pool was just outside our door and had PLENTY of seating areas and tables. Pool was very nice after the day at the beach.
THE BEACH… just beautiful. Was exactly 150 steps from the gate to the beach ( yes, I counted). She had everything that you would need for a day at the beach. Chairs, umbrellas, and toys if you had children. We used the pool noodles.
Washer and dry was easy to use. Not a problem saved on having to bring a lot of clothes with you.
Food choices were plentiful and the Publix was just down the street.
Very quite area, great place to just chill.
I would recommend this place and will book again when I come back to the beach.

I highly recommend this rental cottage for a quiet low-key vacation. Across the street from the beach and just down the road from Publix supermarket and the Circle K convenience store. Highly walk-able area and close to public park that goes to the end of the island. Highly recommend Coquina Beach and Greer Island on adjacent Long Boat Key. Owner is easily available via text or phone. Air conditioning was very cool during record heat and kitchen had all suppies needed to eat every meal at home.

We stayed here for the first time in this exact unit back in 2018 to celebrate our engagement. This time around we were celebrating our pregnancy. The space is definitely suitable for two people, more than that would be too cramped. The only thing I would note that could be a negative but not really, is that the curtains don’t necessarily keep the light out of the room, so if you’re wanting to sleep in, you’ll want to bring an eye mask or something similar. Jill is very communicative and accessible. The walk to the beach is easy peasy and I love having a pool on-site.
