L’appartamento si trova in una palazzina anni 30, di 4 piani con 10 appartamenti . Dalle finestre è visibile la cupola di San Pietro e la collina di monte Mario con Villa Miani. E’ dotato di doppie finestre per l’insonorizzazione, aria condizionata e riscaldamento autonomo. Dista 1,2 Km (15 minuti) dalla basilica di San Pietro, 650m (8minuti) dai musei vaticani, 550m (7minuti) dalla metropolitana stazione Ottaviano. A pochi passi vi sono due supermercati, un’ottima gelateria sotto casa, vari ristoranti che soddisfano tutti i gusti e tutte le esigenze (anche per i vegani).A dieci minuti a piedi vi ritroverete a passeggiare per una delle più famose vie dello shopping, via Cola di Rienzo, per giungere poi in piazza Cola di Rienzo, attraversare il ponte Regina Margherita e raggiungere Piazza del Popolo. La casa è pertanto situata in posizione estremamente favorevole per visitare le bellezze, i monumenti ed i musei della città eterna. L’appartamento ha una camera singola e una camera doppia, un grande salone con divano letto doppio, una cucina e 2 bagni. L’appartamento dispone di tutti i comfort: lavastoviglie, lavatrice, wifi, aria condizionata, doccia e bidet.
All'arrivo, ogni ospite di età superiore ai 10 anni deve pagare 6 euro a notte per l'Imposta Municipale di soggiorno. (solo per le prime 10 notti in caso di soggiorni lunghi)

Marta met us personally and explained eveything except that there are some misunderstanding with the keys that made us pay for the repair. Otherwise, everything went fine, she also arranged our transportation upon arrival. Close to restaurants and groceries and Vatican city.

This apartment is large, with lots of room for two or more people. It is very clean. It is close to at least two excellent restaurants, gelato, groceries and is walking distance to the Metro. It has a washer no dryer. Kitchen is fully equipped. The building is quiet.
If you're a light sleeper this is probably not the rental for you. Because it is located directly across from the Flower Market the street noise starts at about 530 am six days a week. Trucks pulling in and out, people shouting, etc. until around 8 am.
If you need three beds this rental may not work for you. The apartment is advertised as having a double, a single and a sofa bed. However the single bed is in fact a cot - not comfortable to sleep on for an adult. The cot is narrow, with a thin mattress.
Renters are provided with two towels each. But there are no linens for the kitchen so renters must provide their own paper towels or wipe their hands on their pants. If you don't expect to cook in the apartment this probably wouldn't bother you. Property manager responded to our inquiry by saying the two bath towels are what they provide.
This apartment has the strangest toilet flushing mechanism we've experienced. Not sure why the owner hasn't had them replaced. Lift the mat on the wall, reach into the wall and pull up on the plastic pieces held together with a twist tie. It works, but why not have a handle on the toilet?
