Guesthouse Runcini 3 bedroom farmhouse in medieval village with a view
Questo suggestivo appartamento (85 mq) situato in un borgo medievale , ha una vista mozzafiato ed è caratterizzato da pavimenti in cotto, mobili antichi e soffitti con travi a vista. Disposto su due piani, dispone di tre camere da letto, ognuna con bagno privato e un'ampia zona giorno con angolo cottura e caminetto. Wifi gratuito.
Su richiesta, la struttura fornisce gratuitamente lettini, seggiolini auto per bambini, passeggini e seggioloni.
Il lussureggiante giardino, ricco di alberi di ulivo, è attrezzato con tavoli e sedie, dove potrete rilassarvi e ammirare i panorami mozzafiato.
Abbiamo inoltre una piccola piscina e un'area giochi per bambini.
Per rispettare al meglio le norme di sicurezza, i clienti, una volta arrivati, scelgono una fascia oraria per l'utilizzo della piscina, in modo che diventa ad uso esclusivo e così si evitano anche assembramenti.
L'appartamento si trova in una posizione ideale per visitare tutta l'Umbria, a circa 30 minuti di auto da Spoleto, Narni, Assisi e a soli 10 minuti dalla pittoresca Cascata delle Marmore, per la quale vende biglietti a tariffe scontate.
Nel borgo è possibile visitare una fantastica chiesetta del 1500 con ricchissimi affreschi.

From the moment we arrived we felt at home. The beautiful apartment was decorated with a personal touch. Clean, neat, spacious and picture like views. Perfect location on the mountain overviewing the quaint village of Ferentillo.
The hospitality of the owner Doda has no end. Whatever your needs or wishes she will have an answer and solution. In just one word; amazing

Wow. Just wow. The Guesthouse Runcini was a truly spectacular travel experience. I have travelled a great deal, and this is definitely one of those special places that I would like to return to again and again. Doda is a perfect host, and provided everything (and more) to make our stay comfortable. The 1,000-year old guest house has been beautifully restored and decorated with an artist's keen eye. The guesthouse is in a tiny medieval village, which Doda's husband has been restoring over many years. Although the village church is over 500 years old, many of the frescoes are in tact and the rest has been restored by expert hands. You won't regret making your way to this special place!

This is such a gem. The rooms are comfortable and very nice, but the real excitement is the grounds. This is an adventurers dream. You have to explore the ruins and see the church. The hosts are so welcoming and nice. We spent two weeks in Italy and this was the most comfortable, unique, and adventurous spot we stayed.
