Ottimo appartamento sulla spiaggia, molto ben posizionato con vista mozzafiato sul mare e sul porto turistico.
L'appartamento ha tutto il necessario, tra cui lavatrice, frullatore, microonde, forno, frigorifero, macchina per il caffè, tostapane e molti altri utensili da cucina. Ha anche un garage chiuso con accesso diretto all'edificio tramite ascensore. La piscina è un'altra attrazione.
Si trova a soli 5 minuti a piedi dalla baia di Aguadulce (spiaggia di sabbia fine, senza onde), delimitata dal lungomare. Una vasta gamma di ristoranti, bar e negozi sono disponibili sia nella Marina che lungo l'intero lungomare e la spiaggia (5-10 minuti a piedi dall'appartamento)
L'aeroporto più vicino è Almeria, situato a circa 20 minuti in auto. Ha compagnie di autonoleggio molto economiche, come per le auto disponibili a partire da soli € 12 al giorno.

My family spent 4 weeks through August at Christelles The apartment was clean and spacious, with lovely views. It had everything we required including a coffee machine. We spent many days around the pool. 10 min walk to beach, restaurants and buses.
Would stay again.

The apartment was large and spacious, very clean and everything you could possibly require for a comfortable stay, even a welcome pack of fruit tea beer and water which was a pleasant surprise. Wonderful panoramic sea view, 10 minutes walk from the beach and local restaurant's and tapas bars. There is a steep hill which leads up the apartment from the main road but is managable. Pleanty of on street parking outside the apartment, very quiet area.. We met the owners parents on our arrival, who were very helpful and pleasant . Nothing was too much trouble when we needed to get in touch with the owner, Christelle, who replied to us very promptly. There is a swimming pool for use of residence with w/c and showers, very clean, and was never crowded at all, take your own pool/beach towels.
We would wholly recommend this apartment to anybody.
It is very central approx 20 minutes drive fro. Almeria nd also 17-20 minutes to Roquetes de Mar, 25 minutes from the airport.
We loved our stay and would stay there again
