Esci dalla porta sulla bellissima spiaggia di sabbia situata tra Bob Straub Park e Cape Kiwanda. Goditi l'ampio ponte avvolgente per rilassarti e ammirare le enormi viste di Haystack Rock, Cape Kiwanda, Cascade Headlands e i tramonti del Pacifico. L'architettura di questa casa consente panorami mozzafiato. Sperimenta da vicino la tempesta. Propano barbecue, giochi e video di famiglia. Cucina recentemente ristrutturata con elettrodomestici di lusso. Comodo spazio abitativo con camino a legna al piano superiore e stufa a legna al piano inferiore. Il garage consente 2 auto e più parcheggio sul vialetto.
Nota: dall'inizio di novembre fino alle vacanze di primavera, la Kiwanda Beach House non ha una vista solo dal livello inferiore. Il livello superiore manterrà la sua vista spettacolare.

It would be helpful to have grab bars or an anti-slip device in the upstairs shower. There is a lot of rust, which is understandable, but it makes it hard to lock and unlock doors, and the lockbox was a little challenging. The windows, due to the saltwater and rust, are also a little challenging to open. Spectacular views and nice, comfortable beds.

The weather was stormy, but the marvelous view and comfortable home made our trip very nice. Plenty of games, great local information, and a home that provided for all our needs made for a memorable time. A coastal storm is exciting if you stay in a place like this.

Property is a bit dated, but kept up, The house was clean and very well stocked, everything from a well stocked kitchen to extra towels, and comfy beds, easy to check in and felt safe because it’s a gated area, The views from the living room and deck are priceless, area was good , we went for a 5 minute drive to see low tide, a great adventure for every age!
