La villa si trova ai margini della località meridionale di Los Cristianos, sulla prima linea dell'oceano. Dal territorio della villa si gode di una vista panoramica sulla bellissima baia, sul vulcano Guaza, sull'isola vicina di La Gomera e sulla città di Las Americas.
Dal giardino della villa attraverso il cancello si può andare alla spiaggia di ghiaia e passeggiata pedonale (fino a una grande spiaggia sabbiosa può essere raggiunta a piedi lungo l'oceano per 10 minuti).
A 200 metri dalla villa c'è un piccolo club sulla spiaggia. Ristoranti e negozi nelle vicinanze. L'argine si estende per molti chilometri e indubbiamente si rivolge agli amanti delle lunghe passeggiate.
Sul territorio della villa: accesso diretto all'oceano, garage, giardino, sala da pranzo estiva, piscina riscaldata, idromassaggio e letto balinese per il relax, barbecue.

Primo piano: cucina attrezzata, ampio salone con vista mare e accesso al giardino, bagno.

Fab place and a short walk to everything you would want on holiday.
House is advertised as 5 bed but the 5th bedroom is not good enough to use as no windows and below ground level. The other rooms are very good and plenty of bathrooms and a large living area. The pool and Huot tub got plenty of use.

We needed a lot of room as a family of 7 and the villa didn’t disappoint. We were greeted by Emanuel who showed us around the villa and ensured we were settled in. Wine, tea / coffee, beach towels, sun creams, pool toys, etc all. A nice touch. He is a great host.
The villa itself was amazing, with several balcony’s and a solarium which is accessible from the top room. Our family spent hours in the pool or in the hot tub, which has amazing views out across the bay and is in a great location, with its stunning views of the landscape, sea and town which is a 10 minute walk away
There’s a local supermarket less than 5 mins away and all the amenities within easy reach
But again, the villa was amazing. We struggled to find a negative - maybe comfier pillows and asa suggestion - the top floor bedroom is stunning with views out over the sea from in bed but the ceilings are low. That’s the only thing.
We would love to come back and stay again!

The Villa is located right on the Seafront with unobstructed views. The arrival process was seemless, I called the host on the way from the airport and we were met at the property. We were given a full tour and there were nice touches such as fresh fruit, cold drinks, wine, fresh towels and instructions on how everything worked. There are two supermarkets a pharmacy within a 5 minute walk with a further 5 minute walk to the main bars and restaurants of Los Christionos so no car is necessary here. We were a party of 8 ranging from 17 - 43 and the villa is big enough to have your own space. One of the bedrooms had been recently renovated, however some parts of the villa were a little tired and could do with upgrading (the electrics tripped out a couple of times). When there was an issue the response from the owners was fantastic and sorted them within a couple of hours. The pool and hot tub were brilliant. Would I book this villa again - absolutely! Thank you for a very good stay indeed.

Very fiting for a family of 9, we enjoyed the property itself and the surounding area. Really nice to come back after a day out and just relax at the pool or in the Jacuzzi.
