Inchcape Seaside Villas right on Silver Sands Beach - Seaview Studio
Il Seaview Studio è un piccolo gioiello nella tenuta privata delle Inchcape Seaside Villas, situato al piano superiore nell'ala orientale del Gatehouse alle Inchcape Seaside VIllas e con una bella vista sull'oceano dalla terrazza al piano superiore che si affaccia sull'oceano. È una vera gemma tra le unità in affitto in questa tenuta privata. I suoi servizi moderni combinati con il suo design elegante per la vita all'aria aperta per eccellenza nei Caraibi e il suo ambiente tropicale proprio su Silver Sands Beach offrono lusso accessibile in una proprietà molto di mercato. Seaview ha tutto, una bella camera da letto soggiorno con accesso internet wireless ad alta velocità complementare, TV satellitare, telefono cellulare privato opzionale, impianto stereo con dock per iPod / iPhone, ed è in una posizione facile da rilassarsi dove gli ospiti possono addormentarsi al suono dell'oceano. I mobili da giardino, la zona pranzo all'aperto e le sedie a sdraio per rilassarsi al sole completano l'immagine di una casa vacanza completa, a pochi passi dalla splendida spiaggia di sabbia bianca di fronte alla proprietà. Il Seaview Studio ha un ampio soggiorno / camera da letto con un letto matrimoniale, che si apre su una splendida terrazza di fronte all'oceano, con sedie e un tavolo più sedie a sdraio. La cucina del Seaview Studio è completamente attrezzata con una stufa a quattro fuochi, forno, frigorifero di buone dimensioni e tutto il resto una cucina ben attrezzata dovrebbe essere attrezzata con. Il bagno completo è dotato di lavabo, wc e doccia, tutto ben arredato e con gusto piastrellato. L'ampia "finestra con persiana manovrabile" rivolta a est consente alle brezze degli alisei di garantire la massima ventilazione e un clima quasi sempre perfetto. Per il giorno strano in cui il naturale "regolatore del clima", i mestieri, dovrebbe lasciarci andare giù, i ventilatori a soffitto e in piedi fanno in modo che le temperature non siano mai troppo calde. Il servizio di pulizia che viene fornito automaticamente con questo studio è un breve servizio di pulizia di tipo alberghiero e il cambio di asciugamani (e lenzuola su richiesta) ogni tre giorni. Servizi aggiuntivi possono essere organizzati, ma sempre e solo su richiesta e in base alla disponibilità di un membro qualificato della nostra forza lavoro.

Property was great. It was located on the wavy side of the island. We were not prepared for no air conditioning. It did not even cross my mind that it would not have it. The breeze was nice with all the doors open. The staff was very friendly and accommodating with any request we had.

The grounds, gardens and buildings are beautiful at Inchview, very well maintained...even nicer than the pictures online. Seaview was the perfect unit for 2, on the upper floor with a very large balcony ideal for watching the waves roll in. The unit was very comfortable, well-furnished and clean...perfect for a beach holiday. We did not get the opportunity to meet Wolfgang, but the rental process and correspondence was prompt and seamless. Staff at Inchcape were very friendly and willing to help. Short walk to the beach, if you enjoy playing in the waves then Silver Sands, Silver Point and Crane beach are ideal; Rockley Beach was perfect to catch the sunset. Car rental is a good idea if you plan on exploring the island; venture out to the North Point and Bathsheba for spectacular rugged views. Oistins Fish Fry on Friday is an event, also check out the Fish Pot Restaurant (St. Lucy), Surfer’s Bay Beach Bar (5 walk from Inchcape) and Café Luna (Oistins). Amazing get away!

Our first floor apartment, Seaview, gave us a delightful vista through the palm trees and down to the sea. You also look down onto the ground floor apartments’ garden and hammock below. The white, sandy beach is a 2 minute walk away. The colours in the warm turquoise waters are truly amazing, and being east facing, the Atlantic surf provides plenty of waves to play in; whether you’re a surfer, windsurfer, kite surfer or just want some fun. If you want a calmer, more serene paddle, Miami beach is just a short mini-bus ride away, and has a food and coffee stall on site as well as immaculately clean changing, shower and WC facilities.
The trade winds, and being on the first floor, negate the need for air conditioning in Seaview, which has 2 x glazed, double patio doors leading out onto a large balcony. There are also wooden plantation shutters on all the windows and doors which you can open or close. The balcony has a table, 2 chairs and two sunbeds as well as a wooden drying horse. You approach Seaview down a side entrance and up some wooden stairs. You enter through the small kitchen and then into the bedroom. The large bedroom, with a very comfortable double bed with simple white cotton sheets, has a high vaulted wooden ceiling with a fan. There is a table, 2 arm chairs, a TV and plenty of storage. The shower room is off to one side. The paint work, the cleanliness the whole ambience is 100% perfect, and has an overall very colonial, Caribbean feel. We couldn’t have been happier.
In summary, we loved Inchcape, we were delighted with Seaview and would be very happy to stay in Seaview again, but would also love to stay in Sunrise on our next visit. Oh yes, will there be a next visit? Oh yes there will. In another 25 years? No way. A soon as possible!

Seaview Apartment, on first floor, with a large balcony and views to die for, lovely beach to walk along pre breakfast on the balcony. Beach bar with good food (limited menu) good atmosphere, music (live on Thursdays and Sundays) other restaurants a taxi ride away The gardens are wonderful, with a choice of sunbeds, chairs, Cabanas and Hammocks lovely shade from palm trees, all accompanied by the sound of crashing waves, wonderful.As stated above, we stayed in Seaview for 14 nights, great views, had the comany of a pair of Barbados Bullfinches (Sparkies to the locals) Humming birds zooming around the well tended gardens, we even saw Mongoose and Green Monkeys in the local area.Didnt meat Wolfgang or Rosie apart from a phone call about the hire car he had booked for me. But very pleasant chat with him, and his staff were all very friendly. As standard you have your towels and bedding changed every 3 days, and room cleaned to a good standard. You will need $50 deposit for your safe key (safe a little on the small side, but adequate, just!....)We walked into Oistins 2 or 3 times (about 2 miles, and easily do-able) Try the Fish Market and buy some Mahi Mahi, Tuna King Fish etc good prices and really tasty and fresh fish! Also Enterprise beach (Miami Beach to locals) $20 for 2 sunbeds, plenty of shade from trees on beach, Mr Delicious food bus does awesome Chicken Rotis and Banks beer is a MUST do! All in all we had a wonderful time in this great accommodation, and would not hesitate to return. Brilliant.
