La nostra casa costruita nel 2009 è di stile contemporaneo. Una grande stanza per vivere luminoso con finestre panoramiche con partizione riunisce il soggiorno TV, sala da pranzo aperta sulla cucina attrezzata, (forno, microonde, frigorifero americano, piastra ad induzione, macchina per il caffè Nespresso, caffettiera, bollitore, tostapane) . C'è anche un decoder Canal disponibile e accesso WIFI.
La zona notte è composta da 3 camere da letto;
1 master suite con letto 180, spogliatoio, bagno, cabina doccia, lavabo e servizi igienici.(accesso diretto alla piscina)
1 camera con 2 letti in 90, (possibilità di fare un letto grande se necessario) armadio, sala d'acqua, doccia, lavabo, WC.
1 camera con 2 letti in 90 (possibilità di fare un letto grande, se necessario) armadio, sala d'acqua, doccia, lavabo, WC.
Un gran numero di libri è disponibile per tutte le età, nonché giochi da tavolo e dvd per i rari giorni di maltempo.

è un posto molto piacevole in cui vivere e molto tranquillo, poiché non è trascurato. situato a soli 5 minuti dal centro di Porto-Vecchio e dal porto turistico.

Il giardino e la piscina privata (dotata di cancelli di sicurezza e un allarme, per i bambini) con 6 lettini e 1 ombrellone. 1 altalena per i bambini, 1 plancha e 1 barbecue a carbone. pergolato e tavolo in teak con 8 sedie per mangiare all'aperto sul prato. Proprietà di 2400 m2 completamente recintato con cancello elettrico.
la piscina a forma di "L" ha 3 piscine di diversa profondità. per il piacere di grandi e piccini.

Enjoyed the house, it is spacious with a nice pool and large garden. It is nice to have three bathrooms attached to the three bedrooms! And having your own jeu(x) de boules court is cool!
Getting there can be a challenge if you use the navigation in the reservation. You will get very close, but need to be a street further up, so maybe they can change that!

We have stayed in several villas, and this was one of the best. It is also larger than it looks in the photos.
After meeting Erica nearby we followed her to the villa. Everything was spotlessly clean and it was very well equipped and maintained. The garden, BBQ area and pool are lovely and very peaceful - surrounded by forest on two sides and a beautiful view of the mountains from the balcony. It is also only 10 minutes drive into town for shops, bars and restaurants and 20 minutes to a beautiful beach.
We enjoyed feeding the cats who often greeted us in the garden in the morning. We were even lucky enough to find a wild tortoise just beyond the garden wall one evening!
We would definitely recommend the villa to others.

The best villa we have ever rented!
Modern, spacious, open plan with excellent appliances, lovely clean bathrooms, air-con throughout, great pool, total privacy, ample secure parking, gardens and outdoor kitchen/BBQ... all on the outskirts of Porto Vecchio and just 15 mins from the best beach on Corsica.
A couple of things to note. This villa is not marked with a number or name and is impossible to find without meeting the owner somewhere and following them in the car. We wasted an hour trying to find it on our first night as this hadn't been made clear.
You will be expected to feed their two outdoor cats during your stay. Not great for us as we are not cat people and allergic to cats. Wish we'd have been informed of this in advance. However the cats are fine and don't pester you when outside and the owner did offer to visit every day to feed them instead, but we didn't feel right about that.
We would definitely return and rent the villa again.

n the last years we have rented a lot of properties in many places. This was the one we liked most until now. Everything clean, well equipped with almost everything you need. Furthermore friendly hosts with took care.
We came by car...and that is recommendable..otherwise it is maybe a bit remote.
The highlights:
-There is nobody who will see you...Nobody can see into the garden...So 100% privacy.
-Quiet surrounding
-Close to Porto Vecchio but where ever you go on the property...you'll see nature only
-Nice, modern facilities in the house
-Fantastic pool area
-Big garden, lovely designed
-Outdoor kitchen with charcoal BBQ and gas grill
-Good indoor kitchen with big fridges and induction plates make fun to cook
-Aircon in the house is very nice to have as it can get really hot outside
-WIFI with 6mbit is alright
-Good location to many nice beaches around
- etc. etc...
A really 5star...and we will definitively come back.
