Svegliati con i suoni delle onde dell'oceano che rotolano dentro ... una passeggiata all'alba con la sabbia tra le dita dei piedi. Pomeriggio pieno di divertimento in famiglia al sole. Tramonti e bevande rinfrescanti a bordo piscina. QUESTO è vivere sulla spiaggia! Benvenuti nella bellissima Indian Rocks Beach, una piccola comunità nota per le immacolate spiagge di sabbia bianca ideali per le famiglie, l'incredibile fauna naturale e la vicinanza a fantastiche attrazioni su e giù per la costa del Golfo. Questa oasi di vacanza circondata da entrambi i lati dall'acqua ospita anche la nostra vacanza sulla spiaggia boutique, una casa di città completamente rinnovata e recentemente rinnovata con 2 camere da letto, 2 bagni con accesso diretto alla spiaggia all'esterno e tutti i comfort di vacanza in attesa all'interno.
Entrando negli occhi, soffermati un momento sull'accogliente arredamento del cottage costiero ... poi viaggia direttamente verso la vista dall'ampio balcone del soggiorno, affacciato su lussureggianti giardini tropicali e dune di sabbia che scorrono proprio nella tranquilla spiaggia e nelle acque azzurre il Golfo del Messico. Una cucina da chef moderna e all'avanguardia, un soggiorno / sala da pranzo arioso e aperto e un bagno completo completano il livello di ingresso.
Al piano superiore, ogni spaziosa camera da letto con vista sulla spiaggia ha una vista sull'acqua: una si affaccia direttamente sull'oceano, l'altra sul nostro molo privato sulla via navigabile intracoastal. Insieme a un letto king size nella camera matrimoniale, due letti queen size nella seconda camera possono ospitare ospiti aggiuntivi.
Questa unità è completamente attrezzata: lenzuola, asciugamani, accessori da cucina completi, TV, riscaldamento / aria centralizzati, sedie da spiaggia e giocattoli, ecc. Sono inclusi anche il servizio completo via cavo e l'accesso a Internet senza costi aggiuntivi.
La piscina privata sulla spiaggia è riscaldata e ben arredata per rilassarsi o grigliare, con le dune di sabbia adiacenti che forniscono una splendida barriera naturale alla spiaggia incontaminata a pochi passi di distanza.
E oh, quella spiaggia ... che tu sia interessato alla raccolta delle conchiglie o agli sport acquatici, al nuoto o al relax con un buon libro, questo è il posto giusto! Soprattutto, un recente programma di rinnovamento della spiaggia ha triplicato le dimensioni della sabbia bianca zuccherata a portata di mano.
A differenza di molte delle affollate località vicine di Gulf Blvd, The Happy Fiddler è una piccola struttura boutique situata nella sezione "Narrows" di IRB, altamente desiderabile, senza altre case o costruzioni condominiali di fronte. Quella mancanza di traffico pedonale significa salire su un tratto di spiaggia che sembra sempre tranquillo e riservato, indipendentemente dal periodo dell'anno. Ma quando sei pronto a vedere i luoghi d'interesse, questa proprietà è a soli due minuti a piedi dai divertenti ristoranti sulla spiaggia della zona, dalle gelaterie e dal quartiere dello shopping.
Chi è interessato ad esplorare ulteriormente la costa in cerca di avventura non dovrà viaggiare lontano: lo zoo di Tampa, Busch Gardens e Adventure Island sono visite diurne; il vicino centro di San Pietroburgo ospita il famoso museo Dalì e una serie di piccoli musei, gallerie e parchi lungo il suo affascinante porto turistico; la splendida Clearwater Beach, con le sue incredibili riserve naturali e il famoso Marine Aquarium, è a soli 20 minuti da Gulf Blvd; e anche varie affascinanti cittadine come Dunedin artistico e Tarpon Springs dal sapore mediterraneo sono vicine.

Nice place, close to the beach! Only negative would be king bed not very comfortable but other than that we had a good time.

Great location within walking distance to several restaurants! Loved having our own parking spot. The condo was clean and had a beautiful view! The sunset is gorgeous!
My recommendation to other guests would be to stop at the Dollar Tree and buy dishwasher tablets, toilet paper, paper towel, and trash bags. You are only provided with one trash bag and two dishwashing tablets for your entire stay. You’ll need to do towels because you are only given one hand drying towel in downstairs bathroom and two kitchen towels. No hand towels upstairs. You get a total of 8 large towels for the entire week. But not enough wash cloths for bathing and drying hands. I would still absolutely recommend this beautiful place but you’re going to need to go to the store to make sure the place stays clean while you’re there! My family and I stayed in the room with two beds. The beds are very loud though. My friends stayed in the king size bed and said the mattress absolutely killed their backs. So, if you have back trouble, I’d suggest sleeping in the room with two beds.

Nice property. The bedrooms upstairs do share a full bathroom. The shower and toilet were having some issues. And for this girl who likes a softer bed, the king bed in the master was very uncomfortable. But that’s a me thing. But I think all the beds could probably use an upgrade. Could use some fixing of things that are broke, like the blinds upstairs in both bedrooms and the patio sliding door that wouldn’t open all the way, so that was a bummer. But we made do. The condo is lovely decorated and has that great beach feel which I loved. Also loved being right on the ocean. And the pool was fantastic. Gas grill by the pool area and never more than one person grilling. We’ve stayed in the area for the last five years. This was the most expensive condo we’ve rented but I feel with the lack of attention to things that were broken and no washer and dryer inside the condo, we overpaid. Our choice though because we were late booking a place. So I guess for the price, I would expect a little more. But I chose to overlook the negative and we enjoyed our time and had a great spring break.

Great location and quiet. Not many people on the beach like large resorts. Condo was clean and had everything needed. We enjoyed our stay!

My family and I loved this condo and property. Description and pictures were perfect. So pretty and relaxing. The area was not overcrowded. We enjoyed all aspects of our vacation. Absolutely would rent this condo again in the future!!

My family of 6 stayed here for 2 weeks and loved every min of it! There was plenty of space for everyone! The girls actually loved sharing a room again lol. The views where amazing, we even saw Dolphins jumping while we were drinking coffee in the balcony, had Manatees swim right on the beach were we could touch them, sting rays everywhere (just for a day or two, but so cool) We did beach and pool everyday! Would jump from beach and pool all day. Everyone there was so friendly, our girls even found some amazing friends I hope that lasts a lifetime! Our first day, there was a younger crowd that was a few doors down that was clearly drinking way too much, music was very loud, they were yelling mostly all day, thankfully that was their last day. The rest of the time was so relaxing and perfect! Families mostly.
The only thing I would say about management was, we had a wasp nest on our balcony and we went down and asked it it could be taken down so no one gets stung. I was told “yes but I can’t get to it right away” which no big deal we had plans all day. But we went to the pool later in the evening and noticed a sign on the door that the manager went on vacation and wouldn’t be back for a week. And the nest was never removed. Luckily on one was stung.
But all things we would definitely go back in a heartbeat. Already looking at dates for next year!

The location is what made this a 4 star review. But the place is in needed of some TLC. Note on sliding door states it is broken and not to use the right side. Seems like the note has been there for a longtime. Multiple lightbulbs burned out. I actually replaced them so we had lights in the rooms our first night there. The place is for 6 people but only had 2 beach chairs and one folding lounge chair. Pretty hard to bring our own beach chairs on the airplane. No washer and dryer in unit. The washer and dryers are on the first floor I would not trust them with my clothes. Mattresses are BAD!! My daughters starting having backpain every morning on the 3rd day. If the owner would just do some minor things this place would be 5+ stars.

We had a very good time at this apartment. We didn't spend much time on the beach because it was too cold, but the view of the water and the sunsets every evening were great to watch. The apartment is very well equipped and it located in a nice part of Indian Rocks.

The location was amazing! The views are magnificent. This is a very cozy condo that we thoroughly enjoyed. I was disappointed there was not a broom/dustpan or a vacuam in the unit. When you are oceanfront and tracking in sand it would be nice to be able to sweep it up. The walls were visibly dirty and needed to be wiped down along with doors and baseboards. The views of this condo and location to the beach made it though. It was nice that beach chairs and beach towels were in the condo so we did not need to bring those. The decor was so cute! We really enjoyed our stay and can't wait to come back!

I would recommend any one wanting to have a relaxing vacation to come here. The place was clean and the owners made sure we had everything we needed. The on-site property manager and her husband were by far the best.

The only discomforts we found with the Unit we stayed in, was that the beds in both bedrooms where too hard for us, also the A/C had a sign on it to limit the Temp setting to 72°F or the evaporator unit would freeze up, (a clue that the evaporator/condenser units aren't matched properly). We came from the Cincinnati, OH. area and even in the Winter we turn down the Thermostat to 67°F for Sleeping. We may be back to the Fiddler, but we'll try a different Unit.

Beautiful views of the gulf and the sound of the waves crashing on the beach. The unit had everything we needed for a beach vacation. Nice updates through out the unit and the pool area was spotless. Loved having a manager on site for any questions or concerns. Hope to be back soon!

We stay in this area of Florida multiple times per year and this is an awesome, well stocked condo in a great location. I would recommend it highly!

Our decision to spend Christmas in IRB at this condo was 100% correct. The condo has a great layout and the view of the sunset every evening was awesome. Great location with restaurants and a CVS within walking distance. Beach is very private and just amazing.
Saw dolphins going along the shore and went deep sea fishing out of John’s Pass about 20 minutes south of the condo.
You can’t go wrong with this rental.

Lovely quiet location the apartment is fantastic only complaint was aircon was to loud to have on at night for those who slept in back bedroom but we will definitely recommend

My family and I enjoyed this property so much. It is right on the beach in a smaller complex. The grounds are kept up well, the pool is heated and the view is spectacular. The condo was beautiful, it had everything we needed: beach chairs, toys, coolers, towels and more. We grilled out every night and enjoyed the sound if the waves crashing on the beach.
